Registration fees: The MTSR2021 Organizing Committee has decided to reduce the fees of the Conference since the Conference will not have the costs associated with a physical location. Nevertheless, there are costs associated with the successful planning and operation of a virtual conference.

Proceedings: We plan to publish MTSR 2021 proceedings as Post Conference Proceedings published by Springer as Part of Communications in Computer and Information Science book series (CCIS).

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.

Conference Authors and Participants

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted full research paper and short paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the MTSR Proceedings published in CCIS 1537 by Springer's CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Book Series. You can find all previous MTSR proceedings on SpringerLink: https://link.springer.com/conference/mtsr

It is mandatory author(s) of an accepted poster, presentation, workshop, tutorial and Demo to register in order for the work to be presented during MTSR Conference and to appear in the MTSR Book of Abstracts published by MTSR in collaboration with Complutense University.

The aforementioned apply also to authors who will present two or more accepted papers in the conference. If a group of professionals from an institution wish to attend the conference, please ask for a group registration at mtsr.conference@gmail.com

 

Author fees must be received before November 14th, 2021.

A registration fee includes:

  • Present and/or Publish your work in MTSR2021 Conference
  • Access to scientific sessions and workshops
  • Free access to MTSR post-conference proceedings published by Springer (online access to proceedings after the Conference)

Payment will be made by Bank Transfer or credit card instant payments and should be deposited in Euro.

Payments of any bank fees or commission are your responsibility.

 

A few days before the Conference, authors/speakers and participants will receive an email from our partners www.easyconferences.org and https://wavetech.gr/ with instructions on how to attend the online MTSR 2021 Conference.
